Cooveb Terms of Service (Event Software)

Welcome to Cooveb's Event Pod Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the B2B SaaS platform at cooveb.com (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you are creating an account on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Event Content and Licensing
As an Event Organizer, you retain full ownership of the data, logos, text, and media you upload to create your Event Pod (the "Content").
- You grant Cooveb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating your Event Pod.
- You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use all Content you upload.
3. SaaS Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated or required by law.
- Upgrades/Downgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the prorated difference will be charged immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Ticketing and Payouts (If Applicable)
If you use Cooveb to sell tickets to your event:
- You are solely responsible for setting the ticket prices and your own refund policies for attendees.
- Cooveb uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to route funds. Cooveb is not liable for delayed payouts caused by the processor or bank holds.
- You agree to handle all attendee refund requests directly.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cooveb provides the SaaS platform "as is." We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- In no event shall Cooveb be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services.
- Cooveb is not responsible for any disputes between Event Organizers, Sponsors, and Attendees.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cooveb is headquartered.
